This Song was written by Larry Norman. My favorite Christian Artist of all time. This song was also a big favorite of my brother Anton Jacobs, and thought I’d honor Mr. Norman and my brother at the same time by recording it.
Anton (Tony), and I talked about someday doing some Larry Norman cover songs for a pet project. Unfortunately we never got around to it..
Both Larry Norman and my brother Anton Jacobs went to heaven too early and both were giant influences in my life. Anton took me to see Larry Norman a bunch of times whenever Larry was in Southern California. I miss those days and hold tight the memories.
I hope you enjoy the remake of this song and arrangement as much as I enjoyed recording it.
